But thanks to our fabulous FFA / Agri teacher, Mr. Caleb "Cooter" Plyler of Emmet Arkansas, we extended our farm to include many FFA project animals.

Tyler's judging team holds titles of Arkansas State Champion Horse and Livestock judging.  Tyler has competed on the state and national levels.  Tyler has won many awards showing cattle.  He had the 2008 Overall Grand Champion Composite Charolais Heifer at the Four States Fair in Texarkana.  He also had Reserve Grand Heifer at the 2008 and 2007 Arkansas State Fair.

Caitlin has also shown on the state and national levels with her Boer Goats.  She holds Reserve Percentage Doe at the 2008 Houston Livestock Show.  She won 2008 Overall Grand Percentage Doe at the Arkansas State Fair.  She also holds the title of Best Hempstead County Bred Goat for 2007 and 2008.

We would like to thank Dennie & Sherry Clark of Rockwall Texas along with Scott and Jennifer Hawthorn & Kate of Arkadelphia Arkansas.  Without these fabulous friends and family and their guidance and support, we would never have fallen in love with the American Boer Goat!

We would also like to thank Harvey & Ona Plyler, along with their two sons, Caleb "Cooter" and Shane.  They have taught my family so much about fitting and showing cattle.
